Near the turn of the century, two classic
Edwardian-era schools were built on this site - and they’re still
here. In 1989, the heritage facades of the landmark Model and Normandy
Schools were incorporated into the lofty design of our three-story
galleria. Amidst a blend of contemporary and period architecture,
today’s students from the resident applied design school and model
agency mix with professionals from Vancouver City Hall and other
sophisticated urban shoppers from across the city. With this artistic
blend of modern and the historic, it’s no wonder we’re what the
neighborhood is coming to.
